Aire Energy offers a platform that manages, steers, and optimizes renewable energy resources in real time. Founded to guide asset owners from investment decisions to daily operations, the Swedish company focuses on maximizing profit by participating in the right energy markets at the exact right moment.

“We steer, optimize, and administer energy resources, keep track of profit, and control assets in real time,” Philip says. “Our focus is on renewable energy.”

When rebase.energy first reached out, the Aire team was initially skeptical. However, early discussions quickly revealed a shared mindset.

“We talked and got a good feeling,” Philip says. “We are a relatively small company of seventeen people. They are a great group of serious, humble, highly knowledgeable, and solution-oriented people. We felt a strong sense of partnership.”

The collaboration officially began in the spring of 2025. What started as small-scale cooperation quickly grew as the Aire team realized how well the platform fit their operational needs.

“They have made a good product that fits us well,” Philip explains. “It’s a developer-first platform with smooth APIs that make it easy to get started.”

In practice, this eliminates the need for constant coordination.

“Scalability and growth potential were key reasons why we chose rebase.energy, as we can utilize the platform for both small and large sites without it becoming a cost problem,” Philip says. “We don’t need to reach out to rebase every time. Everything can be quickly handled directly through the platform, making resource onboarding very effective.”

Today, Aire Energy uses rebase.energy’s solar and wind forecasts to optimize their assets.

“It allows us to utilize our resources more efficiently, which increases profits and reduces imbalances”, Philip explains.

He also describes the technical setup and the ongoing dialogue with rebase.energy as seamless, and he gladly recommends the platform to others.

“Absolutely. I would do so for two reasons,” Philip says. “First, they are people I trust, and they are helpful, friendly, and highly skilled. Second, their service, API, and integration opportunities are very appealing and exactly how they should be.”

As Aire Energy continues to onboard new assets and navigate evolving markets, the partnership is set to deepen.

“We have an intention to grow together,” Philip says. “We are getting new sites all the time, which creates further cases for rebase. We are satisfied and want to keep using them.”
